Dia daoibh 😊 tá botún leis an bhriathar 'siúl' sa shampla a thug mé - siúlAim (tá sin ceart) there is a mistake with the verb 'walk' in the example I gave - siúlAim ( that's right)

I think Irish is a beautifull language, and I speak dutch,further I have a hobby : making languages, I'm working on one where I try to put sounds together I like about egsisting languages ,and I think though I not regularley seen or heared celtic languages, I uncousiousnous put things in my language that resemble it a bit , like today I made the word cufinhdor (pronounce: cooFINdoar) meaning Cook, and there also these -aimu, -eymu, -ia and -ear etc. endings in my language, I just wanted to share, cause these Irish words made me enthousiast! 😃😁

there are plenty of online communities that practice Irish together. Check out peig.ie and even my Patreon site www.patreon.com/myirishheart/posts I have regular video calls with my patrons to practice

I have been flirting with Irish for 4 years now spending an hour or two each Thursday. At the outset it came across totally bizarre language but after developing some familiarity I am now beginning to get a hang of it. My conclusion which better carry some weight because I speak 2 dozen languages from around the globe that with the bizarre looking languages it is necessary to hang in for 4-5 years and not quit to succeed. Irish adolescents lack the patience and give up on their native language too soon. Okay from now we have to set up a conduit to transmit Irish from you hear to my brain. I am very optimistic. Give me a few more years. Cheers!
