I also had horrific endometriosis, and what should have been a 2-1/2 hour procedure took four hours because the endometriosis had wrapped itself around nerves and blood vessels. And on top of that, my surgery started two hours late, so the hospital ate the cost of my overnight stay because I had nothing to do with the situation…it was all the hospital’s doing.

Before he became an actor Flynn had remarkably adventurous life including killing a man in a shoot out during his brief time as a colonial policeman in the East Indies, bumming around the South China Sea as a merchant seaman, and belonging to teenage delinquent gang in a rough neighborhood of some city in Australia. He had a very strict domineering mother he never got along with as I recall but doesn't say very much about his father.

When I was a kid I always wanted to be a sex symbol when I grew up.
