Hahaha this is bizarre - I'm in this video. I remember my friend and I were like, who are these clowns filming themselves? And there's our 16-year-old side-eyes preserved for posterity.
Oh well, thanks anyway. Just a few days after I saw your posting and wrote you about the event, my kids found, purely by chance in a board game box, my ticket for this show. I was hoping to see some action of the scooters. I still have several Lambretta scooters and miss big events like that one. It was a great show. Take care. Jack

I think I was at this show!! Does anybody have the list of other bands that played? If it is the show I recall, the Crooks were there and the Skeletones and the Untouchables and some metal band opened for them. I could be thinking of another show, but I was there in the summer of 87. I remember a huge gang of rudies came buzzing around the corner on scooters. I was from Tennessee, so it was an amazing moment!

Hey Eric, I am wondering if you have any other footage of this event. Especially the scooters out in front of Fender's Ballroom. I rode down to Long Beach from Santa Barbara with a sizeable group of scooters from both Santa Barbara and Ventura for that event. I can see myself walking in the background. My scooter is a blue Jet 200 that is totally decked out as a full dress mod scooter with a racing engine in it. I would like to see some video of the scooters if you have some. Thank you. Jack
