This is pretty much my list too and I always try to have these things for my grandkids too, setting a good example for them just like I did for my own children.
I agree with all of them. Make your own ice cream. 1 cup organic cream 1 egg yolk, allulose Celtic sea salt vanilla to taste. Blend and freeze. Far better than halo top.
Add a quality whey protein like dr mercola organic grass fed whey and it truly will be 1000x better than halo top. My wife and i make a mixture of raw milk and cream and usuallly two whole eggs
Also i would add that raw unfiltered unheated honey is an amazing addition. If you are healthy, honey is not high glycemic, and when paired with fat and protein, the impact on glucose is substantially slowed down. Ive eaten honey alone and tested my glucose and its never gone above 120 and after 2 hrs is sub 100. So for me its completely healthy
If you like Halo Top, I recommend the higher protein, no or low sugar ice cream that Target makes. It's called Favorite Day. Around 280 calories per pint, like Halo Top. Their cold brew coffee flavor and the S'mores flavor are my favorites.
These happen to be all of my favorite foods, minus the beets. Blueberries in cottage cheese is my ice cream. Or blueberries with chia seeds, almond milk, and some peanut butter in a pudding type thing. Delicious.
The recent Saladino video has got me thinking. Rather than mitigating blood sugar spikes with things like ACV and consuming protein first, what ways can you bring very high blood sugar down quickly? Exercise is obvious, including calf raises, but is there anything else?
Autumn Bates makes THE best whey protein. It's delicious and the cleanest I've ever seen. Made with monk fruit extract and there is also an unflavored version with 20 grams of protein
Ghirardelli Intense 86% Cacao bars are easy to find in stores and have tested relatively low in both lead and cadmium. Not cheap, but most dark chocolate isn't cheap.
nice list! Im encouraged to see i've integrated many of these, where's my 8 pack though?! lol how come avocados have oxalates? I thought fruits were free of them as they're a plant defense generally, right?
Thank you for that information! I want to make my own dog food for my old dog and I want to add some of the bone in it! Will the KitchenAid attachment grind bones.
Organic asparagus at Costco, very fresh, a huge pack cost 8 bucks, last many days. Raw milk 100 grassfed cow, pasture raised sell at sprouts market at 17 dollars a gallon. You can find raw cheese at the whole foods market. I always get the raw truffle cheese with mushrooms. Delicious!!!!!!
When I had gestational diabetes, raspberries & blackberries became a staple. They barely count at all toward a carb count. Those, with a low or no sugar Greek yogurt, were always needed to round out a meal.
Hello, i like your content. Is very usefull and have a god quality og knowllege. i wondering, if you have some reaserch about foods at they are really god for the body but for those people have IBS/ SIBO problems? Thanks
Where do you buy extra lean ground beef? I only have a few grass fed extra lean ground beef options ie 96/4. I wish Trader joes would provide grass fed EL GB.
Every morning i make 2 eggs and mix about 10 oz of ground beef in there adding half an avocado some days. 4am workout, work at 7, shake at 10, eggs with beef at 1pm, then dinner at 5pm. My dinner basically consists of every item listed here lol.
Did you guys know that one starts to reek, meaning that pungent smelling sweat, when one eats too much red meat. But you can compensate it with vegetables and fruits and overall a wellbalanced diet. So always eat healthy.
I was unaware of a potential clotting issue with erythritol. So glad to know as I have a clotting factor gene and take an enteric aspirin daily. Great detail in your video, thank you!
Love this video. I can easily eat a dozen eggs in a day. …literally today. 4 eggs with breakfast, 4 with lunch, 6 for dinner. I need to renew my Costco membership.
I'm an expat living in Qatar. The biggest thing I miss here is asparagus lol. You can buy it from certain stores but instead of 3$ for one bunch it's closer to 20-25$ but the worse part is there seems to only be 2 options. Either a bunch has 50 asparagus chutes that are half the diameter of a pencil or 5 pieces that are bigger around than a Crayola marker. I know I know. The American using anything but the metric system lol
If you're healthy then the kiwi shouldnt be something you should be concerned about. Also dont eat hogh mercury foods on a daily/regular basis and youll be fine. Sardines are 1000x better for you tho. I stick with sardines
get an ice cream maker and make your own. Use lots of cream, don't bother with much sugar try using rose water instead, like they do in the middle east for ice cream.
