That depends on your skills. I think mine is already small enough, it works for me, but a smaller one would not do my pannels.

The outside diameter is 130 mm and the width is 46 mm

Your video inspired me to try and build my own, I’ve already have two 10 foot lengths of 1/4” thick walled square tubing, I thought the large bearing as a clever idea, being that everything to make it a proper upper wheel is already built in to it. You wouldn’t have the bearing number, would you. If not, it’s ok, I’ll try to track it down. Awesome channel and great content, very informative

It's ordinary steel wich after I formed it I casehardened it. It's not perfect but since I rarely use it (I only have 1 car) it does the trick and if it deforms I simply polish it and caseharden again.

Well, mine are 40x40x4, but because I added those cross sections I don't have any flex. I think if you use yours (70x70x5) that you wouldn't need cross sections, only in the inner corners I would add some reinforcements.
