I am sick of these 'public servants' thinking that they can dictate to us, the general public. That insane women (Claire) needs sacking, and that Womble who came out afterwards needs retraining.
We all sort of know that "Retrained" means absolutely nothing more than a quiet word along the lines of "don't get caught on film being a piss poor excuse for a Constable in future, otherwise carry on as normal". It certainly is no sanction that will actually change his (or any other coppers) behaviour.
Absolutely appalling person. Her bullying tactics did not work so scuttled off asking for back up. If this is modern policing then God help us. Don't give up your good work.

Thank god for auditors, keeping these tyrants accountable for their actions , it makes you think how many of these officers have abused people's rights when cameras aren't rolling. Great work plod 👍

A couple of years ago I witnessed 4 policemen beating a disabled man to the floor for causing a disturbance in the jobcentre plus building in my hometown. A horrible thing to see! It was done in full view of the public because they knew they'd get away with it. What you do is so very important in stopping this sort of thing and for protecting all of us and our human rights. You're a hero! Plod on.
I have witnessed similar. From the top to the bottom the police service is completely overrun with Thugs and would-be tyrants. Plod and the other top auditors are heroes in my eyes for having the balls to stand up to the UK mafia.
@@The-Great-Brindian No. And to this day I regret not having a camera. It is possible that someone may have filmed it on their phone, but I've since made a request under FIA, and the police say no such incident ever happened.
If a police woman has to ask for backup because she can't handle a man with a camera then she's no business being in the police. How does she cope with criminals.
OMG I have seen it all now - that woman should be fired immediately - she is a complete threat to the public and our free society! Some really dangerous criminals out there dressing up and pretending to uphold the law. The lady and PCSO in the first video at the very least need to be disciplined and this recorded on their personnel records, will assist defence lawyers in any future court case to defend their clients as these officers can be shown to have poor character. The young constable was at least acting on poor communication, he did his best to investigate and was reasonably cordial and apologetic.Retraining seems appropriate. The other 3 were trying their hardest to intimidate and bully you using the gang member mentality of outnumbering their prey and resorting to tyranny to get their perceived authority adhered to whether right or wrong.These three need disciplined and markers put on them visibly to warn any members of the public that thy are bullies.Instead of the thin blue line badge they should have to wear a badge showing how dishonorable they are.
She realised early on what she had done and made a fool of herself, you could see it in her face. Sadly she's not used to people standing up for themselves but that's a bully well put down.
Hi P o n t P, every time you do one of these they always back down in so far that they do not carry out the treats they make, surely if their assertions were right and proper they would have to arrest and charge you for non-compliance. The fact that they do not do so makes it very clear that they do know that their behaviour is not supported by any real law, it is however heavily subsidised by the authoritarian culture they all subscribe to, in the end it is that culture that has to change otherwise such important public services will continue to recruit tyrants and bullies. You can see the look of confusion from the scruffy one in the carpark when he did not get instant compliance, and then you could see him thinking about what he would have done to Plod if the camera had not been in use. Well handled mate.
Plod can we see the proof that these updates are official eg. letters etc. I believe you obviously, but it's always nice to see in audit follow ups so we can see exactly how these things are being addressed.
@@Ken-dr9gu The "Principle" of trying to elicit an apology from someone if you think they are wrong is something that should be encouraged! The auditor "isn't stupid" he would be aware of the possibilities of a "hollow apology from someone but the very fact that he has given everyone an update "should tell you something"!!!
Trouble is you cannot REtrain if the training has not been given in the first place. All police officers must be trained accordingly in the first place and how police deal with law abiding citizens is quite often down to the training they are initially given.
Wow, there really is a disconnect between police and the public, I can't remember the last time I saw an office walking around actually making contact with people, about the most they seem to do is set up in the local supermarket carpark every now and then and expect people to walk over to them.

6:05 The copper needs some training on the Data Protection Act as well as the other re-training. It's not a freedom of information request, it's Subject Access Request (SAR). How the hell did he get through the training to be allowed out on the streets. He should still be back in primary school.
I agree with you entirely, To plod Or not to plod. Dismissing the woman (1st clip) from employment with the police force would be a good outcome. This is not the sort of officer that we the public want. This video should be shown in any court case in which she gives evidence. As it's clear evidence that she's lacking in honesty and integrity and professionalism. Retraining is appropriate for the officers involved in the 2nd and 3rd clips. Along with adequate checks that they've taken the training on board. Because what's the point of retraining if it's just a PR exercise or if it goes in one ear and out the other?

But it's worth demanding it because when they fail to make the apology it just proves that they care more about the brand image of the police than the people they are supposed to serve.
So sad just how low the standard of policing and officers has sunk. I am old enough to remember when officers were of a minimum height no tattoo's their shoes were clean and shining,just look at the state of officers today half of them look like they have been sleeping rough and as for the level of intelligence and courtesy it is shockingly low it seems the only thing that has gone up exponentially is the ego's.
A total danger to the public. If other officers had taken her word for this incident her lies would have been perverting the course of justice. Proving without a camera the public are very much in danger!
It seems that police training falls very short in how to conduct an investigation. Invariably they walk up to a member of the public with accusations based on hearsay. They base their “facts” on the last person they spoke to. They make assumptions which can be dangerous. It’s lazy and incompetent policing. No wonder there are so few convictions. I have no faith in the “retraining” unless we see a record of the training and an assessment of improvement.
What a bully. The worst kind. Knew she was wrong but ramps up the drama because of her ego and drag others into it. Never been used to not having her own way. Dangerous and is not fit to be in any position where she can come ito contact with the public. Horrible.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour, I rarely comment on these matters ,I would like to say this is the darkness that is in our world, that satanists woman with the evil grin on her face gets into her car and leaves an innocent man to get bullied and set upon by a demonic child in dark uniform ,I hope she and him when they lay there heads on there paranoid pillows they think of Jesus and ask Jesus to help them with there paranoid minds that is the work of Satan.
