I’ve been forgetting to comment on the videos but I’ve been showing up! This weekend I did a lot of gardening work at our home and I felt like I had so much more strength!! Bags of soil that I couldn’t lift last year, I easily picked up this year. There is so much on the internet that are full of gimmicks but not this 28 challenge! If you’re deciding if this is something you want to try, I encourage you to start! It really has impacted my health and energy in such a positive way 🤍 thank you Rachel!!
Day 25 done 🎉 As I count consecutive days since I started it’s been 37 days. 25 days of exercise in 37 days, but so much difference in the way I look at exercise, health, my body, desire to be fit, and my own lil morning routine. Thank you for creating these for us @Rachel ❤
Today I did days 9-11 as I will not have service the last few days and want to make sure I do all workouts in the challenge. I was only planning on doing 9 and 10 but when I saw day 11 was this stretch, I knew I had to do it. I am so glad I did! This stretch was just what I needed and it felt so good! Thank you!
Rachel, I LOVE your 28 Day Wall Pilates! Thank you for making the videos and making them free. I have a group of friends that we do them “together” remotely. We check in on each other by text, it’s great for accountability and has strengthened our friendships. I love the videos that have a count down of how many seconds for each exercise and that count down how many exercises left in the video, ie 5/10 exercises left. If it’s not too much trouble could you add that to your videos. Thanks again!

I’m still going strong 💪 I’m glad today was a little easier as I’m not feeling great today. I’ve not been able to comment do far as I guess the comments are locked out because they’re full? I do not workout on the days my husband has off. Every other Friday and all Saturdays and Sundays, so this is really like almost 3 weeks in to it for me. I k ow that’s not ideal, but at 61 and after a serious leg injury requiring multiple surgeries, I think going at my own pace is fine. I see a difference already! Thank you, Rachel!!
Love, love, love this series! I work on my feet all day and have had low back and SI joint pain for years. I already feel stronger and have a lot less pain. As a busy mom I also appreciate that the workouts are short enough to fit into my day but are still super effective. Thank you!
Today I did Day10 cardio, day9 abs and finished with Day 11 stretch, I always feel great before, during and after … which is why I’m sticking to your routines, love following a programme - thanks Rachel, see you tomorrow 😊

Thank you so much I’m loving this series so far I had to take off from working out for health reasons, and I am easing back into it and this is so perfect for me. It’s a great start hopefully a new me.
Day 11 (5 July 2024) I forgot to comment after my last few workouts so playing a little catch up. ! This was a great stretch video and will definitely incorporate after some of the harder lower body workouts.
Day 11 is done. I'm improving in muscles and flexibility. Need to loosen up though. Dont want to look imbalanced. Glad 😊 I made it with no pausing. Fighting!
I went to do your stretch videos and now there's no verbal cues. I feel like I have to continuously look at the screen to know what to do when. Takes away from the stretching. It would be nice to have it with the voice too for those of us that prefer it.
Woo! You can do my 14 day wall pilates challenge or try my monthly Sept calendar! I’ll have 3 this month- one is wall pilates, one is 30 min workouts of pilates, strength and cardio, and the other is a 15-20min version of the Pilates strength and cardio plan
So I've been doing your weekly schedule in conjunction with the 28 days... Im a bit behind because of my Work schedule... I have to say, this was hard... I CANNOT do a split so I felt a little silly 😅.. But I guess practice makes perfect, right!?
Haha yes! trust me for me I even struggled with this routine too! I do not stretch enough.But I do like the wall to help here haha. Proud of you for still showing up!!
Day 11 completed! It’s a shame I missed it yesterday but on a bright side, the date and the # of the lesson match now so that I can easily remember what class I should take each day.(if I don’t miss out lessons from now on!) Thank you for the class and have a nice day! 😘
