I’m so sorry to hear about your foot! That has to be so hard. This could be a good option to work on leg strength without putting a lot of weight on the foot! And yes the plan is free, it is just the calendar and all the videos are here on RU-vid. You can just click the link to put your email and download and print it if you like!

Hi! Thank you so glad you love the plan! For this one I just have the picture of the order of the workouts and the playlist with all the workouts.. each workout contains many exercises, but we do them each for 10 reps. I find that most people just want to follow along with workouts with the cues of an instructor! In the future I can definitely make wall Pilates pdfs with pictures+ exercises for abs, legs exercises etc! And yes to the 28 day plan! Was thinking if this does well I will definitely make that next ☺️☺️
I think im gonna try this. Even though I am terribly unfit. . Anyone else as badly unfit as me? Lamenting the days gone by when i was like a rocket lol. Chronic Illness is a b-. !!
Wall Pilates may be great for you! It is low impact and is generally more gentle on the knees. If you struggle with keeping your feet on the wall at any point, or it gets very uncomfortable in the low back for example and you cant seem to make it better, you can always put them onto the floor and be in a bridge for the exercises! @@rachelsfitpilates you are so kind to reply, thankyou. I've been bedbound a long time with depression and chronic pain to the point I became unfit and put on weight and just feel unhealty. I was only leaving the house for necessity reasons. Still am some weeks. I am hoping so,ething like this will kickstart me. Trying to find wall space in my tiny house is a nightmare though!

What would you suggest for someone who had a hip replacement 2 months and suffers from arthritis in my lower back? I really need to lose weight and strengthen my core
