Loved this workout! I've been following your workouts on a daily basis for over 2 months now and I can see such a difference in my body and how I feel. This is the only workout channel that I am able to keep up with!
I’m a fellow occupational therapist and I just knew you’d have something that felt well rounded and like a “just right” challenge that I could see through to the end! 🤩 thank you!
I've been following you since after Christmas and at 53 I can now see the outline of 2 ab muscles which makes me very pleased and I have toned arms too. I now just need to keep going so that I can get that lower stomach flab under control!
Day 12 done! Thank you rachel! I still don't have dumbbells but it's been a good stretch for my arms. My thighs are killing me in each of those wall bridges.
Round 2, Day12 completed ❤ it was a mental game for me today, for sure. I did not want to workout! We are creatures of habit. Last Friday, I took the day off. I wanted to challenge myself and I did! Proud of me🎉
This was great! I love doing exercises in wall sits! I also love the little timer you added in the corner to let me know how much longer the workout is 😅
Ok so it was amazing i did it with bottles it was not having a good grip but still managed to do it on the other hand i enjoyed it alot ....it feels to good when i receive a notification that you have given a heart or comment ♥️ ...that gives me more motivation to complete the challenge and start it again ❤❤
Hi, I am very grateful for all your videos, I have watched most of them several times now after I starteed to follow you ½ year ago. I feel I have gained more strength, balance and flexibility in my body. I was so tired and stiff in my body, but feel it has loosened up a lot. I am also very glad, that you show us alternative ways of doing the excersises.
thank you🤗 rachel you rock😎 an awesome workout💕💪 stay free, safe, selfsufficient & unified✨ all praise, credit, faith, hope, truth, wisdom, trust, guidance, respect, love & glory to the Creator of the Universe🌈
I LOVE this workout. Just tried a video by someone else and it just doesn't seem to work for me. I appreciate that you always have a warm up stretch and a cooldown stretch. And the rests between exercises. It doesn't feel like we are rushing through.
Day 12 of the 30 day challenge completed. I didn’t get to my 30 mins cardio today ☹️. What a great arm workout. I completed this routine twice in hope to make up for my missed 30 mins cardio. TY Rachel 💪🏽💜
Morning! 55 yo lady! Day 12 done...this one was the first one I felt strong! Not near what I want but I did the bridge with the weights...cannot plank yet...YET...it was hard for me...but I finally am feeling like I can't wait for tomorrow even though I'm sire my form stinks and all that but I'll get ther...thank you for doing these so an old lady who life took a hold of can grab it back and start getting her strength back! 💪 ❤ see u tomorrow 😊
Thank you so much! I really enjoy your workouts. I just began last week and I did three days of your workouts. I combined three short beginner workouts. I feel stronger. You are very good at teaching. I appreciate you. I am now back this week for three more days with a break in between. I ride my stationary bike on the rest days for cardio , although, I like your cardio Pilates too😊
Day 11 done. Thank you. I didn't measure myself going in, but I know that I've either lost inches or tone up because I tried on a sweater that was a bit snug a few weeks ago, today it feels comfortable. Thank you.
Day 12 (6th July 2024) posting late but that was a great arm workout. I could have done with using heavier dumbbells but will definitely repeat that one!
Great workout. Great length. The 10 minute ones are too short and it is hard to make myself do a second one. 20 minute videos are ideal. Thank you. PS Looking at your body gives me inspiration. You are so fit!
Day 12 done! My arms are so sore, I love it!!! I love these workouts so much and I don't like working out normally! I agree with all the comments about how much easier it is to bridge up now and it has only been two weeks.
Day 12 completed, i didn't have dumbells for this one so i filled a couple of 2L water bottles and used them instead, they at least weigh 5kg in total but as someone who's never used weights i guess a win is a win
