I drank 6 pots a day when I was pregnant! That was before they told you not to. It did not hurt my child. He is grown up now.🙄 using is very good! The longer the better. It develops their mouths and protects them from illnesses. Exclusively breastfed for a year is awesome! Kudos to you.

Hi Dina, when my new born was born and little toddler didn’t care that it was around, eventually he would be curious and come over and give him little hugs and kisses... I would say you have to give hanna lots of attention still as the new born is little just awake to eat and the rest of its time it would be sleeping. I love watching your videos! you’re amazing! Oh man how different the second pregnancy is than the first. You also can’t enjoy it because you are so busy with your first born. My first was 2 years 2 months old and I delivered my second. My first baby was only 5 lbs 1 oz 17 1/2 inches long born at 38 weeks. My second came a lot later closer to almost 42 weeks. She weighed 10lbs 12 oz 22 1/2 inches long. I was so massive with my second. You feel pregnant forever. My nausea was really bad w baby 2 my god. I also LOVED DETERGENT AND CLEAN CLOTHES WITH MY SECOND LOLLLLLL Low lying placenta - they probably mean placenta previa.. I had it but dr wasn’t worried because 93% of the time the placenta moves as baby grows. We just had to be careful first few weeks. My second was a attempted VBAC but because she was massive I acquired a 103F and a uterine infection at 26+ hours of labor. Dr wasn’t worried but I felt a bit pressured by the 3 nurses. Baby was born w 101 fever too. Alhamdulilah I’m grateful for my second c section. Lol my husband and I brought our toddler to the hospital when I was in labor until I couldn’t tend to her anymore and our friend came to pick her up. Praying for you Dina ❤️ Best of luck

I’ve had the lower back pain as you are talking about. If you haven’t yet, do try out pregnancy yoga and highlight what you suffer from. I found yoga really helped me cope and ease the pain whenever it got worse. Also I’m sure you’re aware, if you go to the Dr with this issue, they will refer you to a physiotherapist which won’t be beneficial as a lot of techniques aren’t safe during pregnancy x

Dina I am mother of four beautiful children with my third baby I decided formula feeding but I regret I still have guilty feeling 😐 my daughter now she is five she is very thin she have stomach problems . But she is a very happy girl very friendly , top one in her class.

I think this pregnancy is even more exciting than the first because we know how amazing Sid and Dina are at being parents. It’s exciting to see how Hanna will react to the baby. I hope everything goes smoothly.

I took Red Raspberry Leaf tea tablets from about 32 weeks and Evening Primrose oil from about 35 weeks. I believe these really helped speed up my labour 2nd time round Alhamdulillah

I did mix feed and it went great

Hey Dina,I can relate to the expressing problems. But the trick is to do it often . Eventually you'll be able to fill a bottle up without too much hassle. I used to express when the baby went to bed so there were no interruptions.
