28-Year-Old Cold Case of Missing News Anchor Jodi Huisentruit Remains a Mystery 

I remember seeing this story as kid on 20/20 with my grandmother.

The killer was her stalker. He wanted to abduct and kill her because he really did not love her. He may have sent a phone call of hatred long before the abduction. He threatens people, talks about killing innocent females, and talks about news anchors, talks about killing, has weapons, talks about bondage, wears gloves and long sleeves, is fairly strong, drives vans, seeked her address through some system(possibly the dmv), or possibly followed her home from work, the killer has a history of violence against women involving restraining and confining, beatings and lethal violence. Or possibly a fantasy life of it. Stalkers dont usually have girlfriends so he could be considered celibate or gets prostitutes. He works some type of labor job. Weapon comments that are out of place. Probably white or black. Living cheque to cheque. Obsessed with blondes, celebrities and news anchors, without any connection whatsoever. Hatred for women as a gender. Unsatisfied with real life. Stalky. Smelly. Might wear collar shirts with collar open exposing his chest. Might wear a watch. Might wear rings. Might wear glasses. He would be 60-70 years old now. Obsessed with knots, handcuffs, zip ties. Stories of him trapping people and animals in confined spaces. Perverse comments. Unwanted no reason messages to coworkers. Telling coworkers he abducts people that dont behave. Telling people they wont get away with hurting him, wasting his time, not giving him what they owe him. Talks about ownership mixed with love. Talks about ransom being a way to make money. Has a history of arson of some kind. Has killed animals or people before. Blames other people for not having children or a girlfriend. Blames rejection on his failings. Talks about dismembering body parts. Lives rural out of town. Has some people that dont know what he has done through family or work connections that he shares some bizarre stuff with. Might be dead. Left his dna on something dropped. Might be in the dna system. Murderous stalker kidnapper. Armed and ready to die rather than be caught. I think.
