When was this house originally built? It must have used the fireplaces for heat during the winter back in its early days. Nice floorplan.

Notice the major front door lock. Having lived it the area I can say it can be a difficult place to live. Plus, where do you park a car? On street parking would not work well.

Please remove your shoes when filming, or wear quiet shoes! Also, narrate the room dimensions. Skip the designer suggestions, too. I would benefit knowing room dimensions and ceiling height, other than “the ceiling height is really nice”.

Hello, the roof has had some repair work, but it is Unknown the last time the full roof was replaced.

You see this is a house with potential. Firs...it is a historical building on a decent lot and the inside is ready to live in. The great disadvantage of such a constellation is that it sits on that mount. It needs work on the porch and it's roof, some new windows....overeseeable walletwise. I would try to get it at 160K and then invest 60k in excavating a decent driveway where the stairs now are that end at a platform beside the house. To reduce cost I would go for concrete and a trail of gripgiving dalls for winner. Then the problem of that mount is away and the estate will gain much value. It is a historical building listed at only 170k today. You won't see that all too often. Speak with Tarasa. Cash can help.
