Hello everyone,
I made this video to show you that it's never too late to get back on track and you too can achieve a #WeightLoss Transformation.
I lost all that weight (286.6 lbs) alone, without surgery and without gym. (only cycling, running and HIIT training #Insanity)
The sports videos were shot recently and are meant to motivate you and show you that you too are able to do things you thought impossible.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES YOU SHOULD TAKE THEM AS AN EXAMPLE OF HOW TO PROCEED

2 years ago I watched this video which motivated me to change my life and make a 180° turn. On september 8th 2021 I started my jurney. I had many downs but as many highs during this whole time. Rewatched your video over and over again to get my motivation back and keep on going! Till today I have lost 139 kilos and I am still going the right way.. Today I had my first appointment for the bodylift pre-surgery. I am so excited for this to finally happen and have a normal looking body again. Thank you for the inspiration and motivation you gave me to get my life back!

Wowww man ! I force myself to not cry reading this ! You don't even imagine all of the things i have gone trough the last two years, very very hard times and also a small injury (bursitis on my shoulder) digestives problems etc and reading this made me so emotional and confirm me that i didn't do everything on youtube for nothing also motivates me to come back ! I really wish you the best for your surgery and my surgeon is one the best if you ever wanted to have the best results (but he's expensive unfortunately and i subscribed a loan...) I understand you for the surgeries i know how hard it is even for me who still have a bit of loose skin Thank you very much for your comment !

I weigh 190kgs and snapped my ACL a week before.. I had to face the worst...Couldnt fit in a mri machine...Noone could lift me... Doctors said ACL surgery cant be done due to weight. I cried like hell and its almost a week and I found this video... I promise you bro... Exactly 2 years from now I ll post my weight and reduce them.. you are a hero to me and I ll gladly follow your foot steps

I think your journey is the most impressive one I've ever seen. I did get a little emotional while watching this. I personally am not trying to lose any weight (already in a good spot) but I'm watching purely out of interests. this is how you lose a ton of weight...its basic strength and aerobic... once the weight has gone then you can think about weight training. this was refreshing because the normal guy who wants to lose weight ...sees bro-tube and just gets on weights and protein shakes.. people with no idea think that lifting is hte answer to everything..but this guy not only lost weight but got healthy, cleaned out his arteries with running and circuits....refreshed his joints with stretches, learned to get strong using body weight, and no doubt learned how to eat a clean diet... truly amazing... truly inspiring.

@@iTaagg lets do this then, just know you are not alone. If you are having trouble, find someone you can talk to. I'm lucky to have a good friend, he's very helpful giving me tips for my diet and gym routine. Keep in mind, you can still eat the things you love. All you have to do is ea enough protein while staying within your daily calories. I lost 3 kg's this week by doing so, and I can still get a burger or something if I want to. The hard work will pay off eventually. Let's keep pushing together

I did my last surgery in January (retouching) and i getting back at sport since 3 months to get back in shape but my goal now is bodybuilding and to be totally honest i'm not happy with my physic..... but it's because i still haven't reached what i have in mind

Alors je ne commente jamais les videos sur RU-vid mais la c'est la transformation physique la plus impressionnante que j'ai vu de ma vie, et j'en ai vu un paquet. Merci d'avoir intégré dans la video les opérations que tu as faites pour retendre ta peau, beaucoup ne le font pas alors que c'est trés important de le montrer à mon sens. Tu es une vraie source de motivation qui montre bien qu'avec l'envie et la determination absolument tout est possible. Merci a toi et je te souhaite tout le bonheur du monde tu l'a bien mérité!
