Not a scouse fan but Gerrard was class. Could've gone to any club in the world but stayed at pool. Won them the champions league and uefa Cup. And was one slip away from winning them the prem. Scored some unbelievable goals in his career. Always thought he was the one who tried for england in all positions in a team that should've won it all but played like mugs every tournament.
