Game is garbage. I been telling people but all they do is make excuses for this game. Atp the 2k community like being abused. This game been trash since 17. I took a couple years off from playin this bum ahh game and the year I decide to buy its worse. I already uninstalled it. I jus gotta take that $100 (mamba edition) lose to the chin. They can have it but wont be gettin nun else from me.

Yup 23 was my last one. I noticed even if you good at the game good players would sell you because they think they’re better. Meanwhile I was a legend who grinded n ppl just didn’t care. Once I seen they changed badges but kept lvl 1-40 I knew it was over. First year not playing 2k since ‘16. Wish you the best. It been pay to win since 23. Funny thing is I never used a 99 overall because it felt like a waste of vc if I wanted to make another build.
I feel you bro. I haven't played 2K since '12. Finally, picked up '23 for me and my son. The same shitty glitches are in '23 that was in '12. Now, the badge regression is the last straw. I've gone from MyCareer to MyNBA and it's realistic as 2K should be. MyCareer is their $ maker

Yea, also! There's a big difference when you're practicing in the gym, your shot is green. When you play in the park, it's like badges are inconsistent. When you play in the game, missing uncontested lays, bricking all green uncontested perfect timing shots. I hope my son doesn't ask me to buy 2K24. ...lol
Just imagine playing against a 7'1 big and got maxed out badges and attributes and still cant make a wide open shot when a guard who has no defense badge and i have him backed behind the basket and still cant make a shot..but he can post me up and score against me
I just bought this game and I decided to go online just to check the reviews even I was thinking damn why does this game not feel like fun I used to play 2K 14 and it’s completely different. I’m returning this shit ASAP.
NBA2k24 Is absolutely hand down the worst game ever played, After trying to compete in that 80s event today. I have officially uninstalled the game and will not buy 25. I understand the AI are HOF But to go in to that event and not be able to score basket is horrendous. I play games to have fun, not bust my ass I'll do that at work
And I’m in the nba finals in 2K in my career I put on rookie mode and the opponent teams sometimes score every possession when the get the ball like rookie mode is supposed to be easy not hard
This is the first one since the first 2K I didn’t buy the first week. This will be the last time I get the game. I need Live or Courtside to make a comeback. They have the community hypnotized with this garbage. Bunch of basement dweller kids using their parents credit card to improve their black faced digital ballers because they can’t play real basketball. Greedy capitalists refusing to improve the game for regular ppl because they realize all the money comes from VC in MyCareer. That shit was was fun in 2k10 but now it’s just too much.
Same problems on old gen, I gotta 6’7 pg that weights 200llbs, yet I have had the most problems finishing in the paint against shorter defenders that weight less, like 25-30 llbs less. Now I can admit I messed up on the build by giving him a low strength rating, I can take accountability for that. But the height and weight should still play a factor, or at least I thought. Guess you just gotta be strong enough to finish at the rim. Also its crazy how cpu can cash contested shots, yet they close your green window while your defender is still closing out on you, even if its a late contest
I'm not going to buy this game anymore after this year. It's getting ridiculous with the VC prices in the game, plus the game has so many bugs it doesn't play right
