so damn true! ofc it's impossible to call anybody the best as there are a lot of incredible producers out there, but I probably enjoy easy mo bee the most, even more than jay dee or premo... there's smth about his style that gives me goosebumps everytime! His consistency is amazing aswell, never came across one single bad or mediocre beat
This beat is something I love to drive to in the late night on the interstate on repeat. Easy Mo Bee, thank you for creating this gem. I love it to death.
Dat 6 4 6 2 6 0 Boi alot of hip hop back then was influenced by the jazz and blues days really just soulful music thats what made hip hop so great back then
hamid fiero that beat sums up the hip hop movement during that time being on the east coast . That was the vibe at the time that is what i love bout 90s hip hop it was diverse .Today everybody dick rides everyone and there is no diversity
I don't have enough words to express the effect of this beat. It's timeless and the reason why I think Easy Moo Bee is a top 5 producer alongside PR, Jay Dee, Primo and Dj Spinna/ Dj quik
Listen close... you'll hear "I know your lookin for someone, who can share that special love with me". Easy Mo didn't remove the Computer Love vocals during the pac verses, he just muffled em so we couldn't hear em as well. Super dope track, man...
i love this track I've put three different raps to it the track is amazing when i listen to it it makes me reflect on life easy mo bee's tracks are on fire.
Richard Wynn it really adds to the song. If one isn't listening as closely, they would think it's merely some instrument used in the background in a faint manner to give the song a certain vibe.
synth pad (sounds like it could be from a Moog or ARP Odyssey), EMB probably sampled a piece of it off a record and played it at different pitches in the SP-1200. He used to pitch his samples a lot.
Dam this shit bumps and the instrumental sounds fucken bad ass. But when hearing the bass beat of this instrumental not really the same of the original beat from 2pac temptations. U will notice if u hear both songs . but hearing this when ur high as fuck dammmmm tripyyyyyy
+ORANGE BOY 714 They didn't got u. I'm agree...usually on vinyls song and instrumental version wasn't the same as "mixing"....Usually the instrumental version was more "loud" (because of NO voice on, etc...). Let ignorant people insult. Peace.
The close you will get to full version of this one without the cut off of the other OG video is Dante's OG version of this song. Use google for this one just type Temptations Dante OG Vibe
Aw shit man. Getting to be that time again. I always listen to this around the time it starts getting cold outside for nostalgic purposes. What I wouldn’t give to go back to smoking a blunt the first day of senior year. Lol
Im not even frm tHe east coast but GOTDAAAAAMMMMNNNN.. EVERY COUNTRY IN WORLD KNOWS WE #1 MUZIK.. WHEN I SEE ANOTHER ARTIST FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY DOING GREAT IT IS TREMENDOUS.
He did, he said Pac approached him at a show. Said he felt honoured 2Pac knew who he was cos he knew him from Digital Underground and Juice. Said they exchanged details and then he hooked up with Pac in his trailer when he did Above the Rim, played him Temptations for the 1st time, said Pac went crazy and the rest is history as they say...
Shout out to New York Brooklyn never shook Cheesecake.baker baker half baked. Whaz uh making Gyeah Menace to society To da punk police Who shot ya To duh weak from the opposite... Deeze LA streets peeps Peace
Temptations is one of my least favorite tracks by PAC (primarily because it's a love song,) but the instrumental has to be one of dopest BOOM BAP beats ever.
Definitely not a love song Lol the lyrics beg to differ. About him loving multiple women and not willing to commit. It's too much temptation. 😂 It, is a slower song but still bad ass. Pac was very versatile with his music.
This beat makes me think of 7th grade. This album came out the year I was in 7th grade at Highland Middle School, Turner district in KCKS 95/96 school year.
