So well spoken.. you realize he has experience just by the way he talks. He doesn't need to tell you that he is experienced

I will be more than happy to serve the people of my motherland , but will the govt promise to protect us ? To take action against the people threatening and beating doctors ? Like sorry I did not sign up for being a wrestler or something .

Problem is here u will see 200 patients in opd 100 patients in indoor ,,,,,How will u get time fr proper history taking ..If died= patient party will not see ur talent dey wants to admit u in ICU........
@dr.shadmbbsdphmasco

That's not he is trying to mean. What he meant is history taking and communication skills are the top most needed skills to be achieved by any doctors and nurses and moreover through history taking itself u you will be able to localize neurological lesion without radiological investigations

In my career I have cleared both UK exams(MRCP UK +Neurology SCE- all First attempt) and finished all parts of USMLE(Step1+Step2+Step3- First attempt). I will say there is a vast difference in study approach and both are unique in so many ways. Especially Step3 USMLE is heavy biostatistics based exam on day 1 and PACES is a pure clinical skill exam on real patients with active illness. MRCP-UK according to me the best Internal Medicine exam in the world which is adequately standardized to the level of PG IM Training however USMLE is overall the toughest exam in the world due to the sheer intensity of exam stipulation such as number of questions in each single hour section of the exam as well as the length of clinical vignettes hence time plays a key role in solving a USMLE question. USMLE feels quite tough to pass or score high per se especially at later stages of career when one is already at a level of a resident or registrar as it is difficult to conceptualise other specialties like OBGY/Gynae or Peds whereas MRCP-UK can still be cleared if an individual has a very good knowledge of internal medicine specialties. I hope some basic facts could help vloggers and bloggers reading my comment post and best of luck to anyone endeavouring the hard journey of medicine.

if i work as medical officer(immediately after mbbs) in my country(Nepal) for 3 years under a internal medicine specialist, will i be qualified to appear in MRCP exam of internal medicine and work as consultant thereafter
@usamaqasim809
@usamaqasim809 3 года назад
Yes you can pass the mrcp exam by doing so if you train by keeping the exam in mind however passing the mrcp exam only allows you to take on a registrar post in the uk and not ta consultant post. To become a consultant, you have to apply for a trainee job in a specialty and do training for 4 or 5 years depending upon the specialty. After that you become a consultant.

It's not about the exam pattern but about the reservation system which prevails over the merit to a large extent. You can only understand it when you gave that exam got border marks and hails from an average family without any reservation. In my opinion intelligence of a person shouldn't be calculated on the basis of their cast. Instead they should be given fee concessions if required.

No UR catagory male candidate should live in a country where there is a huge reservation and every year that's incresing..and a lot politics and no regard for talent....gender discrimination in seats.... doctors are being beaten up...damaged health care system....pathetic life style of residents....... Best way:go abroad after mbbs ..persue md and stay there....get right regard for your talent....must keep in mind that your motherland is earth.........,not India/Pakistan/Bangladesh/Kerala/andhrya Pradesh/Delhi/west Bengal.... Stop thinking like a narrowminded...think wide...... Express your talent ..which only you can get here in United States and other 1st world countries and get a heaven for doctors....
