yes but her technique is poor. she could really put an eye out if she's not careful. there are really great knife tutorials on youtube there's no excuse for using bad technique.
Her cutting technique is extremely poor. when i was trained by the congolese rebels in short-ranged hand-to-hand combat, we learned REAL knife skills. always cut away from you. she should really be ashamed for not knowing better she could hurt herself or even potentially lose a finger or two.
