Sir as the cause for bells palsy is idiopathic.. Few cases will be also affected by inflammation of 7th nerve bcoz of cold exposure... So can we do icing while doing these exercises???
I have been suffering from this disease for 5 years now.I am 20% better but not fully cured..I have seen neurology..I have done therapy,exercises but no help..is there any chance of curing this disease now?What now? I see a therapist doctor?

I personally donot use and nor do I recommend use of ultrasound and IRR in bells palsy patients. Although there are research studies on the above two modalities but we have more better and effective alternatives.
Hi DR, am suffering from bell’s palsy since 2014 and i didn’t get enough treatment that time coz my family couldn’t able to effort the funds! anyway sometimes i feel so guilty when students have fun on me and it kills me please suggest me any medicine and is it possible to recover?🥲
