It's 3:52 a.m and I am literally dying of this running nose.....can't even breathe. Then searched on RU-vid "How to get rid of running nose" this was the first video that popped up on the top. I took 3-4 pieces of ginger dipped them into honey and chewed them out, within minutes, while I was chewing them only I could feel the difference, I chewed them probably for 5-10 minutes then spitted them out and now I can definitely breathe. Thank you girl!
Have had a runny, drippy nose all day; allergies I suppose. I go to You Tube to help fix the Jeep and diesel truck so I gave it a try for a runny nose and found this video, first one. I had some ginger root handy and put about 1 tsp in my mouth and let it dissolve, then washed it down with water. Not even 5 minutes later no more runny nose, and the eyes stopped itching too. Wow! Will take another dose before bed so hopefully I won't wake up til morning. Thank you Indian girl. I say that with affection.
For the first one please make sure you use distilled water or boil your water and then leave out for two hours so that it cools back to regular temperature (it’s so the chemicals and everything else gets killed so that your water is safe to take) and then add a quarter of a teaspoon of both sea salt and baking soda but make sure that the sea salt ingredients says only sea salt. And to apply the solution you have to have your head parallel to the ground and pour through your nose as you breath with your mouth over a sink so the water can go down the drain. The last one don’t drink it with milk (milk cause you to have more problems with inflation which is why your nose is running) drink turmeric with ginger and black pepper and honey(to make it sweet) its much better and more effective. I took ginger and it actually worked. I couldn't chew it alone so i dipped it in honey and i chew it. and within 10 minutes, the pain in my face was gone , my nose stopped running.
Since 4 days i was suffered a lot bcz of flu and tearing even I using medicine as well but this warms water and salt is very helpful ,thanks a lot and I suggest to all viewers to use it ,Merci beaucoup

Ist method really works..its actually declogged my nosed ...though i used much lesser salt for the fear of burning sensation. Just newd to know how long the effect last..i just want to sleep couple of hours and its allready 1:00 AM
I just tried the salt water thing and man i was out of mind and desperate to get rid of my runny nose, without thinking and researching i put some drops of the salt water. Now there's some things: I can't use cold water, not hot water. Warm and bearable. I used cold water. I used a spoon it was washed but I should've cleaned it first again.
@@komalchetri5884 take via 20ml syringe. (Which contains salt+water+littlebit of soda ) water need to be warm and if u take more soda it irritates ur nose

But give it a moment you will be tell it works. I've been suffering for a few days with this issue. Waking with a runny nose, have to put tissue in one nosital just to get sleep.
