I was cured with antibiotics meant for a sinus infection. I traced it to five foods I was eating. As long as I avoided them I was fine. But a cure didn't come until a nasty sinus infection was cured by three courses of antibiotics, which in turn killed all the bad gut bacteria. Incidentally, I had an incredible craving for yogurt after the infection. That lasted for weeks.

I'm so thankful that God helped me find this video. We have been going through an extreme trial with our 26 year old son whom we love so much, but not many answers. We pray constantly for him. He has been through 2 bad marriages, and was very dehydrated while at camp when he was 16. He doesn't live in our home right now, but is at a rehab in Louisiana, and calls only occasionally. We cannot have him in our home right now, because it is very small, and we have to be careful with our 23 year old daughter who is non-verbal. He has never physically hurt any of us, but he says weird things, and some of the past is distorted in his mind. He also quotes a lot of Scripture, and he was raised in the truth. Please pray for him, Jordan ❤

I have been diagnosed with ASD, ADHD, Schizo-Affective Disorder with Bipolar, Hypochondria, Depression, Social Anxiety Disorder, I can't handle heights, I have a form of tachycardia caused by having a bicuspid valve near my aorta in my heartbinstead of a tricuspid valve due to two parts of the tricuspid valve fusing, I have seizures that don't come from the brain, I have scholeosis caused by an incident at a bible camp in my lower back, and I have fallen arches in my feet caused by my arches rolling. Asking for prayers.

What a wonder video doctor! It is so good to be reminded of these points. Went to Walmart today and started talking to this couple about “what on earth is going on with people” in the world. Well, we recognize each as believers, then another lady was added, then a man came by wearing a “I love Jesus” cap. We added him to the pot and we all started to laugh joyfully. Yes, Jesus was at isle 5 today at Walmart! We had a great time giving Him honor all 5 of us. How refreshing that was as we gave each other blessings, laughter and a promise to see each other on the road trip to heaven. We all agreed it is very important to stay connected in prayers. Jesus told us about the times to come. Thank you for the points. A little long here. Be blessed ❤ in Jesus name.

As one who God has healed of depression. I can share the knowledge deficit that God covered: 1. Get a job(studying as a student suffixes) 2. Make meaningful relationships 3. Be free from substance abuse 4. Find your purpose and pursue it. 5. See God as your source 6. Learn to be content.

I do eat snacks too much but strongly encourage people to incorporate walking in their daily routines; I like it, love it really, and was closer to a more ideal weight in 2021 due to the fact I walked a lot on my vacation in Germany. I ate three meals and even some snacks but not too much sweets/salty snacks. I really think the walking was the key to losing like 20 lbs in not that long of a timeframe.

The first thing I do every morning is to drink a pint of water with 1/8 tsp of Himalayan Pink salt! Water and Salt are main ingredients for life.

I wish I had this knowledge to share with my grandmother. She suffered from depression and schizophrenia and her relationship with our Heavenly Father was always important to her. I can remember, not knowing at the time, seeing her struggle to not let the darkness of depression take her over; she would still read the Bible and go to church. Unfortunately, towards the end of her life, she became overwhelmed and stopped doing both....it was a fast downward spiral from there. From time to time, I too suffer from depression. Now, I have the information needed to keep me, on track! Continued blessings and 💜 to BP

Community is a huge key. Great to have online community but this community must encourage to be with a physical community church volinteer groups ect. It is so easy to roll up in a ball and rely on our phones

I have two sons suffering from Schizophrenia for more than 20 years about 50 years old twin sons and doing my very best with prayers for their complete restoration of health. I do this since the death of my husaband in 2008 and this helps my mind and great scriptures as biblical description or presciptions to mental health problem. Thanks Dr. I never go outside I’m always inside, I don’t know but I was homeless for 7 yrs. on the streets & now I love my privacy & relax in my lil studio but It’s only me please pray for me to find good companionship I feel like I’m just really trying to be careful in my walk with God & I can’t just hang out with anybody, but I do feel the Lord tell me as a light unto the world Im not supposed to be hidden😢

Living water means a few things. Getting in a shower in high levels of stress can reduce the stress running water let's the body rehidrate naturally. I might seem silly only it reduces high anxiety levels naturally.

new subbie here - this video was at such perfect timing and such a blessing. I’ve been feeling a lot of panic attacks and although I pray all day long I had forgotten what it’s like to belly laugh so I started looking into laughing therapy and was feeling silly about it , but this video really reassured a lot of what the Holy Spirit has been convicting me of. Especially when you speak of how we were intended to spend more time outdoors. There’s something different when I go outside to pray and worship in nature. Thank you for this wonderful video.
