Appetizer- Try adding celery while sweating with the onions and a bay leaf to enhance it. Mains-Whoever chopped the chives, you may want to consider doing it in a slicing motion as to not bruise the chives (Having a sharp knife helps as well) . Really make a well for the egg if you want the finest in the overall presentation. Can consider adding zest or squeeze some lemon over the top to cut the richness. Desserts- You can chop some hazelnut and sprinkle on top for some texture. Overall a very playful/.creative and hearty 3 course meal by Eatbook.

Flourless recipe but bread made from flour xD creaming butter first till fluffy white and add eggs one by one so it is not separate like in video :). The entree looks amazing tho.
