Is there a group that’s possible to join? Seems safer. Meeting people is a big part of the traveling we are planning.

They're LED bulbs, has something to do with the frequency of the lights and camera speed, I think.

Yep, that's correct. This video was shot at 30fps.

Led bulbs strobe insanely fast, and the camera on your phone ends up overlapping with the flash of the bulb, so the cameras open while the bulb is off and then the bulb flicks on for a moment

@msoverland only asking because I'm wanting to make a trip down there at some point to do some overlanding, I'm from a state that's all open for offroading/camping but know the more south or east I go they only have offroad parks
