This is our first ever yoga retreat, something we've always wanted to do. It was a 3 day yoga retreat in Rishikesh, the Yoga capital of the World, with Yoga Vidya Mandiram and we would highly recommend this. We learned a lot and hope to apply this valuable knowledge into our lives to enhance our physical and mental wellbeing and overall health. This was one of the most impactful experiences we've ever had.

We met in high school in Kingston Ontario and we’ve been together for ~10 years and now engaged! Keith comes from a bilingual military family and Devon from a family of teachers. We made it through Queen’s University together where Keith studied Biomechanical Engineering and Devon, Teaching and Global Development.
