My grandfather came to Hawaii from Cebu in the 1900s to work in the sugar plantation and my dad and all his siblings were all born on O’ahu. Your video made me want to visit Cebu and explore that branch of my family tree! Thank you for sharing. And just a note to self- don’t watch Lois’ videos on an empty stomach 😊
