For people who wants long hair but lazy to do this, just use sunsilk shampoo the green one. It smells good and makes your hair grow easier.

After wearing hair extensions for many years and never giving my hair a second to breath , I finally did and my extensions left my hair crying blood it was so thin out and some hair was longer than others it look horrible so I decided to cut it up to my shoulder and start my hair journey cutting it short and all one length made it think and now I have put rice water every single day which I’ve seen results !!!

gonna try this! I really need to grow my hair because I got curtain bangs and they look so bad and are in a really unflattering place. I want them to grow about 4ish inches before the beginning of august (3 months away) because I am going on vacation lol. 😋 also I always have to wear my front hair up bc I can’t wear it down, and I want to be able to wear my hair down with no problem! Day 0 (Thursday - May 6th, 2021): I made the rice water today and I am letting sit overnight, my bangs measure 16.75cm, and my scalp hair measures 56cm Day 1 (Friday - May 7th, 2021): I left it in for about an hour and 15 minutes, then I brushed my hair and showered. I also did the inversion method for a few minutes! Day 2 (Saturday - May 8th, 2021): I left it in overnight (from Saturday to Sunday) and hair looks a little more wavy plus my bangs are a lot easier to handle! (gonna wash it out Sunday morning) Day 3 (Sunday - May 9th, 2021): washed it out in the morning, then at night left it in for about 1 hour and 30 minutes then washed out. Day 4 (Monday - May 10th, 2021): RESULTS!! so my left bang was 17cm before and now it is 18cm, my right bang was 16.75 and now is 17.25cm. my scalp hair was 56cm and now is 57.5 cm! overall it made my bangs look WAY better, and i can now wear my hair down no problem! it now made my curtain bangs fit into place, so it gives that volumed hair look naturally. my hair fall in the shower and when brushing my hair has been way less. my hair is also starting to become a lot softer. in conclusion, i would do this again (gonna do next week bc i don't have school for 2 days so 4 day weekend) and if I do i will update. doing this again (template for next week when i do it) my ideal length for my bangs is for them to grow 13cm more (ik that will take while but lol) and to make them layers. day 1 day 2 day 3 day 4

My hair is literally a undercut and bangs with some hair around the sides around the sides cause I already had the side of my head shaved, but I haven't had long hair in like 4 to 5 years even before the undercut I've had like pixie cuts, bobs, literally every short hair style you could think of
