Wonderful tasty looking recipes. .I always thought tofu had to be cooked to be eaten "safely"...or are there different types of tofu for this raw egg salad .?
Thanks for the recipe ideas. I live beside a sourdough/spelt baker so sandwiches are a go to on the farm! A twist on an African dish I do, is a very spicy peanut butter chili(the original was a spicy tomato peanut butter wild boar dish). That gave me the idea to combine sliced tomato, peanut butter(instead of mayo) and a hot sauce(Sriracha works well).. filling and yummy!
Oh my gosh, your ryebread is like the national bread of Denmark. We eat it for lunch like everyday❤️❤️ It has a slightly nutty and earthy taste. If you want a more moist type, get one with carrots in it. It's also normaly a sourdough bread, so it's good for your gut🤗❤️

I’ve never used raw leaks, looks delicious! Not sure if I’ve seen vegan creme fraiche in my area, hoping I can use unsweetened, unflavored vegan yogurt…All of these sandwiches look very tasty! Love the lettuce growing on your countertop.

I often make “egg salad “ I like to change it up with different flavors like curry with a mango chutney spread or pesto and sun dried tomatoes. My favorite is adding harissa and chopped toasted walnuts to the mayo and topping with an arugula/red onion salad. I will usually use lease for my bread and make a warp as it’s easier to eat IMHO. A sandwich and salad or soup is my go to meal. TYFS, stay safe and healthy everyone ❤️
