Bergamot is a citrus fruit. Bergamot is a type of citrus fruit that belongs to the Rutaceae family, which also includes oranges, lemons, and limes. It's primarily grown in southern Italy, particularly in the Calabria region, and is renowned for its distinctive fragrance and flavor. The fruit is roughly the size of an orange but has a yellow or greenish color when ripe. Its peel is aromatic and is used to extract bergamot essential oil, which is widely used in perfumes, cosmetics, and aromatherapy due to its refreshing and uplifting scent. Bergamot is also used in culinary applications, particularly in flavoring Earl Grey tea, as well as in some regional dishes. It adds a unique citrusy and floral flavor to foods and beverages. Additionally, bergamot oil is known for its potential health benefits, including its use in traditional medicine for its antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. However, it's important to note that bergamot oil can be photosensitive, meaning it can increase sensitivity to sunlight, so caution should be exercised when using it topically. Nobiletin is an interesting compound. I wonder if anyone has checked bergamot for Nobiletin?: Nobiletin is a naturally occurring flavonoid found in citrus fruits, particularly in the peels of oranges and tangerines. It belongs to a class of compounds known as flavonoids, which are plant metabolites with antioxidant properties. Research suggests that nobiletin may have several potential health benefits, including anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, and neuroprotective effects. Some studies have indicated that nobiletin may help reduce inflammation in the body, which could be beneficial for conditions such as arthritis and cardiovascular disease. Additionally, nobiletin has been studied for its potential anticancer properties. Some research suggests that it may inhibit the growth of cancer cells and induce apoptosis, or programmed cell death, in certain types of cancer. Furthermore, nobiletin has shown promise in preclinical studies as a neuroprotective agent, meaning it may help protect against neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer's and Parkinson's

I love tea, however, most tea at the grocery store has heavy metals in the bags, the bags themselves can be toxic, the herbs can be sprayed with glyphosate and the 'new' cancer causing chemical since we're keen on glyphosate. Caffeine isn't a good fit for everyone. We love that pick me up. Green tea is touted as healthy, not all green tea is healthy. Do more research, test your tea bags, dump the leaves and get a magnet under the paper towel to check for metals. ...

Visiting sacred locations on earth will heal any sickness if you remain long enough and know how to pray (meditate) it don’t matter if you are atheist. This prime resonate frequency radiating from the earth can heal any and all sickness. There are 80k of these locations across the earth, and many are buried . It doesn’t matter covering it with dirt doesn’t stop this healing affect. There is hundred of miles of earth below the sights. Go to any pyramid or temples that authorities and archaeologists that have been declared as a tomb or burial ground. They are not burial sights and don’t have Pharoah’s curses. These ghost stories are intentional to scare people away. They make lots of money selling healthcare insurance and medications. There is a motive to have kept this from the world, but ancient societies were very well aware.

According to Sally K. Norton, black, green, and white teas are high in oxalates and shouldn't be consumed daily. The amount of oxalate in tea depends on the type of tea and how long it's steeped. For example, an eight-ounce cup of black tea steeped for one minute usually contains 20-25 mg of oxalate, while decaffeinated black tea has about half that amount. Green tea can contain 2.08-34.94 mg of oxalate per 250 mL.
