I just found your channel and I find it so refreshing that I've been doing the breathing exercises for years but I needed to find tune it through your informative video. Bhastrika pranayam inhale exhale fast rapid 15 times in this both chest & abdomen both involved after that full exhale take your right finger to left nostril inhale through right close both nostril lock your chin towards chest as per capacity rais your head exhale through left nostril is correct bhastrika u do 12 menuum 36 maximum every bhastrika 3 normal breathing we learn from yoga Vidya Niketan . I am yoga teacher from YVN .

You apply much force while inhaling and exhaling Not recommended. Only bhastrika is in right direction.

You are putting out these videos as if they are meant to be used exclusively by Indians. You frequently switch from English to Hindi, which does not help us folks abroad who don't know Hindi. Many of us abroad are increasingly interested in learning the art of healthful living as expounded by the Hindus. RU-vid videos are watched by a lot of people outside of India, by people who don't know Hindi. So don't let us down, if you want the world to appreciate the Hindu practices. If your videos are only in Hindi, you are missing out the appreciation of the rest of the world.

The breathing explain you are saying the stomach should be full while breathing in and stomach should be inn while excel
