3 Epic Gavin Harrison Drum Fills - Fear Of A Blank Planet - Porcupine Tree 

Started drums at 9 years old. Im 56 i loved learning things like this and obviously Neil was huge influence. Then one day i learned one of the key aspects to learning music in general . I can learn anything. But the thing that separates the Professional from the excellent players is both play it, one created it. Continually. We’ve all had our input surprise ourselves at times but to create something epic…… then top it……. For 30 years. I gained a huge amount of admiration for Phil Rudd after realizing if our band covered 3 AC DC songs I always had the oh crap moment wondering if that was the 2nd pass or 3rd, are we playing that song even. Lol. And to make each audience feel like this show was extra good for this town. Thats one hard, demanding and shitty job by most accounts. And these are neither professional nor excellent players. They are simply musicians. Im blessed to have this gift, no matter any skill level.

Another great lesson. It's always kool to incorporate your kick drums during a fill. Totally changes the dynamics of the fill. Sounds kickass my friend. Also l dig how fluently you can play tight fills going backwards on your toms, that's difficult. Thanks for all your hard work and dedication.

One quick feedback - the 1st beat of fill 2 in second bar should be R instead of L in the notations. I noticed you are playing R there and it's written L there :). Some requests for such lessons - blackest eyes intro fills; sound of muzak - full song if possible :)

What to use Best if without drumset?

When i try to play triple and 16th notes on my single pedal my feet is not able maintain contact with the fretboard as my feets automatically loose control and cannot play properly while increasing the bpm . Any tips to overcome this
