My knee has been so sore this week. Did these exercises yesterday and literally I could notice the difference as soon as I'd done them, and the pain has pretty much gone this morning! Thank you so much!

Wowwww. I'm so glad I found this video. I have knee arthritis and am trying to build muscle back after not working out for a few years. I did quite a bit of cleaning and organizing in the house this weekend, aka lots of standing, walking, bending etc. This made my knees feel like they're on fire and I could barely walk. Just trying these exercises on both knees while watching the video made such a difference! Instant subscriber and I can't thank you enough. I haven't seen these particular tips in my years of searching YT for knee stretches and exercises. Once again thank you sooo much for taking the time to post free videos on YT. I'll definitely be watching more of your videos.
omg hahaha every vid I watch I add to my workout routine, now I have 1.5hrs in the morning and 30 mins during the day for office mobility and my evenings are for cardio workouts and bjj drills but I have a feeling imma add to my evenings too hahaha, once I feel I have a better idea of what I want to work on imma pay for the app cause everything in this channel is gold and the app is even more useful! there's 2 free programs and they're amazing! I am so excited that I found you r videos. I’m trying to avoid a knee replacement on the side that already has a hip replacement. Dr.s and PT tell me to do squats which I cannot do yet because of tracking issues. For decades of soccer.
Ur amazing nobody taught this way because when ur knee s all inflamed sore painful stiff how can u bend and stretch so easily they totally forget but u seem to understand the problem thoughrly thanks for realizing and teaching how to even do these

Thank you for this..it truly helps. I barely can move without pain All I know is I woke up with excruciating painful knee. It feels like it's on the side of my left knee I feel like it popped out possibly ligament it's an old soccer injury. I'm 41 I was 16 or so it hurts every now and then I do keep up with follow ups

Your wrist video helped me with my pain/ healed. Now put stress on knee cap and can’t sleep so here I am...going to give this a try, don’t believe in meds.
Thank you for this, I will include it daily before my yoga routine and hope in time I could even rest on my knees and have more flexibility in yoga. You don't realize how much you use a part of your body until it hurts and with age (over 47) I detect more pains than 2 years ago.

I liked the activation & stimulation of the muscles around the knee- my knee won't bend like its stiff and if I push it, it pains, the soles of my feet are constantly bumb I suspect a connection also have sciatica for 3 months

Three Exercises you explained helped me after see a Medical Practitioner, Chiropractor and Physio Therapist who diagnosed knee strain and the need to strengthen the glutes! Thanks again as I felt better after the first day of exercising just as you explained!

Thanks for the suggestion! Remember that you can modify any difficult exercise in a way that suits your capabilities. For example, if it is difficult for you to get onto the floor then you can do any floor exercise on your bed. Thanks for this. I had a go at this as getting pain in left inner knee. When I did the bridge and pulled feet toward me I felt the tightness/ cramp in my left hamstring so it's highlighted an area that needs work.

I do find immediate effect from following Coach E's knee series videos. I am wondering though if there are exercises specific to Patella Alta. My knees have clicked since my 20s and I am now in my 50s and they cause me a lot of pain. The P.A. has also resulted in osteoarthritis... Given the specificity of the cause of my pain, I'm just concerned about doing exercises I shouldn't while missing ones I should.

Hi Eric, I’m glad to find your video this morning and I hope these exercises can help improving my sore knee. I have sore knee last week, outside of the knee and the ligament by the side. It’s also a bit swollen on the quads too. Sometimes when I was walking, there’s a sudden quick sharp pain on the side ligament which makes my knee strengthless and I nearly had a fall. Are these exercises good for my conditions or you can suggest any other exercises for me? But I’ll do these exercises anyway. Thank you for sharing these useful informations

I had a tibial plateau fracture and my side to side tibia movement is poor. When I have to suddenly catch my balance I often simply fall over like a straight nutcracker. It’s alarming. Need to work the side to side. Looking forward to improvement with your exercise.
