I used to be super extroverted and was always the guy in the group to go up to a group of girls and get them to hang out with my boys and me. The only problem was I wasn't a closer. My friends would get laid and I usually wouldn't. The worst part was that I ended up realizing I needed to make some changes and changed the things a was doing right. Being talkative, paying attention, things like that. I saw all these other guys who were "playing it cool" or being "mysterious" getting laid, so I started down that path. After a couple of years a really want paying attention or talking much and by the time I realized that it was so far gone that it's been hard to come back to the things I was doing right.

As a 21 year old guy it's very hard for me to talk to attractive girls especially and people in general because I don't know what to talk about. I also have anxiety and my social life is non existent. I used to not understand how it would be hard to connect and talk, talking was my favorite thing to do but then it became hard and a chore.
