I found you both at different times, and not because of a collab, and I just love that you are real life friends ☺️ you ladies have some of the best food recipes out there-- thanks for your videos!!
My mouth is watering for the last bowl! You guys send me good vibes, I'm trying to transition my diet to be more plant based, but I don't have a large intestine so it's hard because I can't digest things well. My doctors want me to push carbs (easier to digest), but I miss colorful food! These videos keep me sane these days, thanks for doing what you do ladies!
I just made the Chicken Buddha Bowl! OMG, so delicious! I feel very nourished, like I did something really good for myself and it hit the spot. I'm going to be putting it into regular rotation for sure! Thank you. :)
hey sarah another great video how do you do so many brilliant videos, thank you so much your my hero, I have said this before but you have helped me through hard times and gave me the push to become a chef
Hey girlies thank you so much! I really enjoyed the almost breakfast bowl! Haven’t tried the others but the Lentils and oats won my heart over! Absolutely love love love!❤️❤️❤️
I've said this before, but have to say again. Love the two of u. Make me smile. My friends on the screen. Lol thanks for all u do. U never know how much u help.
I love these ideas! Especially the oatmeal/lentil bowl. I'm late to the party though, because nobody else has commented for a couple of years. I just recently discovered you. Thank you for posting.
I love it when my favorite youtubers collab. It's even better when their in the same video. a lot of collabs I've seen are filmed separately. these videos were nice to watch. 😀 I can't wait to try out some of these.
The idea of combining red lentils and oats sound amazing! I am definitely trying this recipe. I love the idea of topping with sauteed green! What?!!! So excited about this! You guys are awesome!
I just made a version of the Chicken Buddha bowl. I didn't have quinoa or chickpeas (clearly I need to stock my pantry) ...or mango (oops) ... so I put cooked chicken, roasted butternut squash, and roasted garlic broccoli on a bed of greens, with crumbed goat cheese, walnuts, and pumpkin seeds and a lemon/oil dressing. Thanks for the amazing idea, I've never put warmed vegetables on a salad!
Savory oatmeal is amazing. It's a must now. I recently discovered red lentils and they are so easy and delish. I did miss your cute yin yang salt and pepper though.
you ladies had so much fun I love both of your channels it's nice that you give us vegetarian options and vigan my daughter gets very sick if she eats meat so it's good to find tasty recipes
Love it when you two do a collab! Definitely gonna try the almost breakfast bowl as I'm obsessed with oats as is and I have some red lentils I don't know how to use x
Hi, Sara. Your recipes keep getting better and better. What do you love about spinach recipes? Have a good day, Sara. Tell Mind Over Munch I said hi. 💗💗💗
Hi these look great I’m searching power bowls to include in my meal prep. What are the calories in these bowls and the protein/ carb deficits? I need a high protein low carb meal prep option.
Love that oats and lentil combo idea. Wait, mushrooms and spinach too? A winning combo. Thanks for the great idea, and thanks for not calling the meat bowls "Buddha Bowls." There are a few vloggers on YT that don't understand BBs don't have meat.
I love you both & I always like that you both talk opposite haha sara talks slow and mellow, while alyssia talks fast & with a bit of a musical tone haha idk why but I love the contrast
Awesome recipes! However for the last one, do can I use water instead of vegtable stock to cook the lentils and oatmeal? if I can, what should I add so the flavor wont be missing?
These Power Bowls do look great and it's good to know that they're easy to make (and cheaper as in the fancy restaurants) But I do wonder - how do you eat from a stuffed bowl like this? Mixing the ingredients before? Anyway, great video as always and you both are such talented, charismatic girls!
Omg so much yum! For the mango dressing, can I use agave or maple syrup (basically anything but honey so it's vegan when I leave out the chicken or sub in vegan "chicken" xo Davita
