If you want MORE collabs with Sara Lynn, give this video a THUMBS UP and comment any fun collab ideas you have because we want to film more videos for you!! I hope you guys enjoy these bowls!
All of these can easily be meal prep ideas. That's what I love about each of them. I'm definitely adding the tropical fruit bowl to this week's grocery list for next week's meal prep.
Love Sara Lynn's recipes, I am one of her subscribers and I always have an excellent mark for all the foodies I've prepared by following her recipe. LOVE LOVE LOVE
I can tell how much fun you both had while making this-- it's a perfect collab!! Also, your outfit is so adorable. I'm loving the black with the color of your pants! :)
Thank you!! We do have so much fun when we're together :) Sara Lynn is great! And thank you!! I never feel like I'm the most stylish gal so that means a lot to hear :)
I'd love the spinach power bowl with chicken, boneless skinless thighs, since I can't do fish. That's my #1 meal prep for the week, a batch of those roasted. I'd love to see a colab on meal prep recipes, both of you have fantastic recipe ideas and I love that you both have vegetarian and vegan options for my flexitarian, primarily plat based diet. You've been saving me from diet boredom! c
You two have great chemistry! I love it. And I massage my kale too with olive oil, or lemon, and add some nuts or dried fruit. It really transforms the otherwise stiff and unappetizing vegetable!
Wow, so good! It's almost like you both knew I'm headed to the farmer's market today. I so rarely get coconut, but I don't know why... I've gotta try this breakfast bowl for sure!
Mind Over Munch thanks for answering!! I didn't even know you remembered! That's the first time someone actually answered my question. You and Sara Lynn are great!! ☺️☺️
I run my kale under the hottest water from the tap in a strainer for minute or so then massage it, works every time! Plus it gets it a lil softer for a raw kale wuss like my hubby, lol!❤️😂
I do something similar: I heat a big bowl of water and blanch the cut-up kale in it for about 30 seconds . I immediately transfer it to a colander, drain the water out, then back goes the kale to the big bowl. I massage it with a little bit of olive oil and lemon...even kale haters will eat it this way.
Made the salmon salad for dinner tonight and made enough for lunch tomorrow:) it was amazing!!! My husband said it was the best salad he's ever had in his life. Definitely gonna be a new staple
Awesome so happy you liked this video, and the bento series! That was such a fun series for me!! I LOVE salmon, too - smoked salmon on a bagel, can't beat it 👌🏾
I was a bit weary of the buddah bowl with cucumber. But I made it as close as possible(with a tad extra pesto) and OMG it was yummy! Worth a try and very filling.
You both are my all time favorite and whenever I see the notification I will just dig in and this was fun watching you both at the same time (edited) love u both and I always cook recipes love it
1. I also hate salad (I say, while eating a salad and being miserable lol) 2. That breakfast bowl looks super awesome, I cannot WAIT to try it with oatmeal?? What a great idea!
Under the Lemon & Herb Quinoa recipe it says 1 cup but there is no ingredient after it. Thanks for what you do! I appreciate these recipes and healthy food ideas! :)
Love to watch the videos with you both! The recepies are always amazing :)... I understand your position with salads, I really prefer not to eat them, I always stay hungry xD.. The bowls look amazing, can't wait to give them a try, I'm sure they will be delicious!!
Found you from the domestic geek. My wife says we are doing these bowls regularly though she plans to have some extra meat for me on the side as due to my heavy workouts I need more protein.
If you don't like raw kale, cook it! My mom taught me to make it the traditional German way, which is basically cooking it with onions, sausages and a little bacon (and salt and spices) and serving it with a side of potatoes. This has been one of my favorite meals since I was a child :-)
YUM! I'm not a huge fan of pineapple, but the other two bowls look positively scrumptious! I can't wait to try the strawberry salmon bowl! You two are fantastic!
The lemon herb quinoa looks SOOO good! Is there anything which works well to replace the chives? It's not an easy ingredient for me to get at where I'm living right now.
with most herbs you can just omit anything you don't have access to, or sub in your favorite herbs! the chives aren't necessary if you can't get them :)
Thank you so much! Love both of you guys' channels and therefore also the collab, thank you for making healthy food so accessible and giving us inspirations on new recipes in the household :) Looking forward to all of your future work!
Sure! You can mix these together and eat them if you want, or you don't have to mix them - it's up to your preference! A spoon should work great, except you might want a fork for the salad
if a person can't eat seeds because they have diverticulosis or some other digestive issues, what would you suggest they can do with Chia seeds and other seeds so that they can eat them and get the nutrition? can they be ground them up into a powder or do they sell them in a powder form?
