I was born in 71 in Denver. Most my life 90's were the norm and over 100 in August/September a given. I don't know why they doctor or lie about the temps, likely global warming LIES but it's ridiculous. Even more ridiculous that more native Coloradians don't speak up and tell the media to stop lying. Go back to the 5 years leading up to the Hayman Fire and see if they've changed those records. I was there, the drought was so bad there was no water in reseviours to drop on fires and ashes from that fire - big ones fell in Denver. Verga was all the rain Colorado saw for 5 years. Over 100 degree temps were from July-September beginning of October. I'll never forget those years. You can't believe a thing you see on the news. Or anything kept on "records". It's all a lie to get people to be scared of everything and make like God stepped off His throne.
