Thank you! Its hard to find a "To fall asleep to" that isn't annoyingly slow spoken. And, obviously, annoying doesn't help sleep. The gentle voice at a slightly slower than normal spoken it just the trick. Thank you.

this is actualy a documentary for waking up😂 damn. every 2 seconds a new shot, overmodulated sounds with explosions, fast talking comentary. if you fall asleep with this doc, you wakeup in the midle of the night fked up with headache and very tired in the morning😂 but it is a very good documentary👍
