It is my understanding, once the LEO puts on the costume, badge and gun, they have duties. Once they take off the equipment, the become citizens and have rights.
In Lake Havasu City Arizona you can't file a complaint because they have no internal affairs. And the Complaint Form that they'll give you if you want it does not allow you to complain about any police action.

Chili is a hero! We need checks and balances. When I was 19, I blew zeros and still got a minor consumption charge. The judge saw I blew zeros and still put me on probation. Judges are just as bad about abusing their power. We need to get chili and people like him, a government paycheck coming in as the cop and judge auditor. How many people have died because they were accused of being a witch?
My brother in law has been driving 18 wheels for 35 years, he can't stand CHP, they gave him a ticket for pulling over on a exit ramp to check his map. Commercial is way more rough to deal with when it comes to CHP. They are a UNCHECKED police system, running amok.
They should take these guys as kids away from them. Child protective service needs to look into these police officers or at least the first little douche.

I dont know about the last one... those border patrol dudes are pretty badass unlike regular beat cops they can hold their own but the light was pretty harsh.
