It depends on the client's domain rating and the competition. One of my clients has a new website so they are publishing a lot of content to grow their domain rating. So now content pieces are ranking in Google, for them it took them 10 months to a year. For each piece it can take weeks to months. My first article is on page two while other pieces are on page one.
