Truly inspiring to see someone go all in on their goal! As a casual player myself, I have been wanting to invest more time on becoming a good badminton player. As an obese smoker, this will mean changing alot of my lifestyle. Everything seems daunting right now, but I am trying to take things one at time. I always get discouraged when i try to improve at badminton, because i started playing so late in my life and its not a popular sport in my country (not at all). For your squats and deadlifts i recommend checking the tutorial on the starting strength channel. The majority of people do not know how to do these exercises properly. Their method has been the most effective by far in my experience, and I'm confident you'll be surprised at the results.

I dont have a personal trainer in the gym but I do get coaching for my on court training. In the UK, its pretty normal for coaching to be £20-30/hour.

Keep up the training! Just becareful not to get injured. By the way, what is the purpose putting a tape below the knee? And what type of tape are those?

The tape is just normal Kinesiology tape although I've been trialling some zinc-oxide tapes too. Its just for a little additional support since my injury and also for confidence I guess

Hi CK, love your videos very much. Super insightful. But one small feedback: the volume disparity between the ending music and the sections where you are talking is too great, i.e. the ending music was too loud which usually gives me a shock and making me scramble to lower the volume. Hope this disparity can be minimized. Otherwise all the other aspects are brilliant! 😊

CK - you can email BE to make your grade an F. All seniors 18+ should start at F, so once you hit 18 anyone can send them an email to get the starting grade of F
