This Eid make something different from the normal menu of desserts. This is a quick and excellent dessert that will be loved by kids and adults too. They are super crunchy and super tasty which can be made and ready in just mins.
So I call it as a 3 ingredient and 3 mins dessert recipe. Best part about this recipe is that it doesn’t need any kind of pre preparation and can be made by anyone including kids, as they can help you in shaping these cute li’l vermicelli bites.

Ingredients:
Vermicelli thin roasted - 1 full cup ( nearly 140gms approx )
Condensed milk - 1/3 cup ( 80ml )
Ghee / Butter - 1/4 cup ( 60ml )
Garnishing:
Pistachio chopped / any nuts of your choice.
Notes:
- Make sure to give it a desired shape when it’s still warm, do not cool the vermicelli mixture.
- You can also sprinkle some cardamom powder to the mixture.
- You can always add some chopped nuts to the mixture and then shape it.
- This can be made in any shape you like.
- You can always adjust the quantity of condensed milk as per your taste.
