Looks yummy and very healthy! My electric stove is hard to adjust and burns everything, do you think the crisping could be done in a little counter-top convection oven? Speaking of "beyond one way"... I think I'd like to also try making it with sesame seeds and/or tahini instead of peanut butter too, so I can share at a potluck. (What's with all the crazy peanut allergies???)

Yes, you can make the crisps in a convection oven and flip the quinoa every so often to get the even browning. Your idea of sesame seeds with tahini sounds yummy! Would love to hear how you like that version, happy eating :-)
