I’m not Asian but I LOVE chicken feet at yum cha. Second favourite is “Loh Mai Gai”- sticky rice with chicken etc wrapped in a lotus leaf and steamed!- sooooo good!

hi k2023d!! i found them in the frozen seafood section of my local asian grocery store :) black tiger shrimp is very common now so it's easy to find! you can also use white shrimp!
I just got diagnosed with the gluten thing, so i bought rice paper thinking i could just use it to make something like egg rolls, and now im deep in the rabbit hole finding out about all the things you can do with rice paper, i just found your channel and subbed with a quickness!

The only thing going south, we’ll be that Intestine Rice Noodle Shrimp and Green Onions. It will be sliding down Borderline Belly Town. Looks easy and will give it a try. Might add chives to give it more onione flavor 😳

@@lookcatchu a local place to us made something similar with shrimp & more veggies inside, then dipped it in a light tempura batter & fried it! Sooooo good!
@@lookcatchu it was! Oh, I finally made your Ma Po tofu recipe... it was supah-delicious!! I did back off on the amount of red pepper flakes(used 1 tsp instead of 1 Tbsp, but everything else like you did), but next time I think I will use the full amount as it was not as spicy as I was expecting. It was spicy, just not 'blow your face off' spicy, so I can bump it up next time! hehehe The numbing effect from the Sichuan peppercorns was crazy, but good! I had never had them before. I think I might add some to my Shin ramen tomorrow for lunch... I always add 2 tsp each of sesame seeds, Korean gochugaru pepper flakes & soy sauce & sesame oil at the end. And an egg. And green onion. And... LOL Yum!
people who frown on chicken feet do NOT know what they're missing out on. also i was watching some compilations of cheung fun, and thought it seemed so tasty! this definitely seems like a waaaaay easier way to make it than trying to fumble the thin batter on a grill, rip...queen of making cooking hacks accessible AND fun to watch
