Hi there. My name is Daniel Pearson. I had my hearing for SSDI back on March 13th. Today, I checked my online SSA account, and it has moved off of stage 3, my hearing, to now stating that I am in stage 4 of the SSA process, and that a final non-medical review has started at my local SSA office. And that this final non-medical review will take 2-4 weeks. Does this mean that I won my SSA hearing?
Applied 8/1/22 denied the DDS 3/23 now step 4 as of 3/11/24 it says 2/4 weeks for non medical review I have Multiple Myeloma as of 10/22 how long does it normally take for a decision
I was diagnosed with end stage liver disease ended up getting the liver transplant I was the one in a million case that I would go sideways and it did and I was still denied I'm currently fighting for my benefits now I have a multiple other problems that have came with this transplant the keep adding up every day more and more no I have an attorney finally
