Hi Meg! Just found your videos. I'm 61, recently diagnosed with osteoporosis. I have been pretty active most of my life. I'm in Pennsylvania.

I was diagnosed with osteoporosis a few months ago after a CT scan for an unrelated issue. They found a compression fracture at the C4 vertebrae. I’ve been to PT for balance issues since e then, but have been looking for more ways to help improve my bone health. I’m going to give these a try. Thanks for the advice.
