I begin taking a medication for it about two months ago after trying to deal with it naturally. Do you have any knowledge/wisdom about osteoporosis medication’s? Honestly, I am nervous about taking them, but also about not taking anything. I am thankful I found your videos. I live in Massachusetts USA 😊

Hi I start my day with your videos I’m 85 and feel so good after doing your program I exercise for 45 minutes every day I need more help to strengthen my core as I have started to bend over and also have neuropathy in my legs and hands And did have a back operation Not sure if I would need a one on one program or i can work it out following different videos
