3 Maps from Every Halo That Should be Remade in Infinite 

Hope you enjoy! This one ended up a bit longer then I had planned. Also don’t make fun of my h5 movement too much :)

Midship with a brute aesthetic would look so cool

What if they go the Smash Bros Ultimate route Giving us everything and new content

Assault on the control bridge is one of my favorite levels in halo.

Haven from 4 and its counterpart Mercy from 5 need to come back in my opinion. This was one of the best small maps from 343's era and I enjoyed every single time I played on it.

But.... Blood Gulch. Though a map like that NEEDS projectile precision weapons for it to work. H2A and Reach didn't play out so well. Though I really enjoyed Bloodline as well because in a Blood Gulch famboy

I would love a remake for Terminal, man I love that map

343 should make a poll asking what maps the community wants remade

I really want them to remake Boarding Action from CE. It's just such a weird and unique map and we've never seen anything like it since CE. It would definitely stand out in Infinite.

A lot of these maps won’t work/play differently with sprint and grappling hook most likely

Guardian, Countdown and Haven are probably my 3 favorite slayer maps of all time.

Cold storage and midship would be interesting with the grappling hook, and a blood gulch remake would be awesome, but a bigger version of blood gulch would be better I feel

If I could have 3 maps I'd pick guardian, epitaph, and sidewinder. Epitaph is honestly really underrated. It's such a fun map cuz of the weapons and pick ups there are and it flows great cuz of all the movement paths u can take

Reactor from halo online is one of my favorite maps

Given that it’s planned to be a live service in operation for the next 10 years, I wouldn’t be surprised if every map from every halo gets remade in halo infinite

I hope the improve from halo 5s forge even more ,maybe develop some kind of mod support style map maker like in halo 2 . Then they could hold a community showcase where they host a contest of map ports/remakes and then they add the best ones into the map pool . I remember 5 did this with some halo 3 maps .

Imo, the Blood Gulch remakes are just as great as the original. Also, to me Valhalla and Blood Gulch are just as good.

Yes we played Creek in MLG Reach in 2012. Also play it in competitive settings for CE and H2

agree with all the halo 3 maps and also hope the pit is remade as well. I never played halo 1 or 2 online but solid map choices.

This really makes me realize how many amazing Halo maps there are. Shame you only limited yourself to 3 maps a game though, Boarding Action, Hang em High, Longest, Prisoner and Chiron something (Ya know map with loads of portals) were really solid C.E maps, along with Lockout, Ivory Tower, High Ground, Pit, Avalanche, and Sandtrap from 2 and 3. Great video, oh, and we can’t forget snowbound ;)

Ik you aren’t mentioning Halo 5 BTB maps, but imo “Port Authority” is legendary. Also what of they remade the pit, but with a Banished Aesthetic, with human/Spartan targets and such, it would be so cool.

I honestly hope they are all new maps at launch and maybe add remakes afterwards but i reckon they should remake maps they have never remade

Ahh, Guaridan. Not my fav map ever but I think it's alright. My personal problem with is that it instantly makes me think of Fatkid in ElDewrito which I DESPISE. I always end up getting infected very quickly and then decimated by the living players' ranged weapons, or if God forbid I end up being the Fatkid, I'm too slow to reach anyone and I feel like a moron (especially considering the fact that you can still get assassinated as the fatkid).

Still disappointed in not having Waterworks on the list. Screw Zanzibar, so played out. 😂

The maps I would choose: Guardian, Narrows, Citadel, The Pit, Battle Creek, Valhalla, Midship, Sanctuary, Lockdown (I think its called), Warlord Halo 2a, Zanzibar, Countdown, Sword base, Plaza. (I would also like to see icebox cant remember if that was in halo 2, halo online or project cartographer but I liked it) Top 6: 1. Guardian 2. The Pit 3. Sanctuary 4. Citadel 5. Narrows 6. Lockdown

What about some new flood looking maps?

Also narrows is a map in elimination in h5 where it was remade

Remakes are fine, but I don't like there being too many of them at launch. One of the benefits of a new title is that everyone is experiencing it for the first time and it's a great time for new players to get started with an existing franchise. With all new maps, even the veteran players have to learn the maps along with the new players. But if there are too many remakes, it gives veteran players a pretty substantial advantage over new players and can put the new players off of the franchise. So remakes are fine, but I think they should be released over time post-launch.

I would love to see Standoff and High Ground return from H3. Easily 2 of the best maps to never get remade

I think halo 2a is an example why blood gulch was dropped after halo 2. From what I understand the map relied so heavily on the limitations of the weapons and players that when those changed, the map didn't work all to well.

As long as blood gulch comes back I'm ok with anything

More classic maps going to be ruined by sprint. Btb maps might be manageable, for a free to play game.. should be acceptable

You can remake many of these easily within Halo 5 forge

The issue is with new mechanics and People being better at gaming and understanding mechanics I feel like 4v4 maps need to be bigger by 20% in halo

Bloodgulch doesn't play all that amazing... But 'sit at the back of the map with a sniper and camp simulator' Sidewinder does?

Why you think that blood gulch plays bad in h2a I actually find it better than in h1 bc the range weapons arent as op as the pistol so you wont be shot across the entire map in 1 sec Also there is more stuff to hide behind which is definitely good on a elseweise very open map like blood gulch

Battle Creek: Disagree. I've always disliked it. Chill out: Could be fun but idk. Really enjoyed it in halo 3 Sidewinder: Absolutely. Once agin halo 3's is better Midship: Classic. Agree Sanctuary: agree Zanzibar: H3 did it better but I agree Guardian: idk how that would play out with sprint but if they pull it off i'm all for it. Narrows: yes 100%. I predict this will be remade in infinite Valhalla: Yup probably the best btb map ever. Plays great with everything. Countdown: PLZ 343. Reach maps weren't that great but this the standout map in reach. Zealot: Such a good map. i'd be okay with a remake Spire: Not a fan but ik a lot of ppl like it. Haven: Just remaid in h5 but its a good map. Skyline: So underrated, id love to see it back but with a sniper Exile: Great map Coliseum: So many hype moments on that map. Would love to see it return Plaza: A lot of fun, but i'd rather see coli. Rig: third best map in h5, but once again coli plz. Overall, if I had to pick 3, I'd go with Coutdown, Coliseum, and Narrows. Love the video btw :)

It kills me every time I here a halo fan say I didn’t play halo 4’s multiplayer

Not gonna hate, but I personally dislike a lot of these maps. Battle Creek, Chill Out, Sidewinder, Sanctuary, Narrows, and Spire I just never enjoyed that much. Also, minus the low-grav field, Zealot is basically Midship again. So many Midship remakes.

how about no old maps in Halo Infinite? New game, new mechanics, new guns, new maps. There's MCC for playing classic maps. There's likely gonna be a forge, so if you want an old map, just remake it. IMO the new and carried over Halo 5 mechanics (grapple shot, clamber, sprint, etc) all break classic maps e.g. just grapple shot to top mid on Truth/Heretic to get to the sword. That's lame. Its a new game taking over 5 years to dev... we should get to experience new maps.
