An excellent demonstration. We have recently learned this set (during lockdown) so this video is an enormous help.

Thank you, David! I have a newer video of it in my RU-vid videos....it is called 3 minute Tai Chi. You might want to take a look at it. Also I teach live streaming Tai Chi classes, so if you want to learn directly from me, please have a look. My prices are reasonable and my classes are well received. www.flowingmobility.com/class-registration/

That is a beautiful place to practice your Tai Chi. Looks very serene.

Yes, I lucked upon it. I was hiking along and found this area where weddings are held, etc. I said, I HAVE to do Tai Chi there, so did an impromtu video recording. It was in Canada during a mountain biking trip. :-)

Is this the entire form that is taught on the DVD?
@InternalTaiChi

Yes. It is Tai Chi for Rehabilitation by Dr. Paul Lam.

Thanks, It doesn't appear to require very much space to perform. Could it be easily done in living room?

Doug, When you mentioned DVD, I assume you mean Dr. Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Rehabilitation DVD. The form I am demonstrating is the Tai Chi for Rehabilitation form set. The DVD I sell is of the 18 Qigong and is different. The form in the video does not take much space. As with any Tai Chi form set, if you have limited space, just take smaller steps. It is still good and powerful Tai Chi even with smaller steps! Enjoy!

@@doug7467 I complete this full exercise in a small bedroom. Just make sure, at the beginning, that you have space to your left for the three "steps".
