the best one of all: starting from the midpoint between your neck and top of head, use your knuckles to loosen and massage the muscles on the back of your head and down into the top of your neck. nice and slow and downward motion. I personally like to use fairly firm pressure. great relief from headache due to sitting at the puter all day.
Well it don't work for me..It just makes me look really odd.. Me: *Has a headache* Me: *sees video* Me: *takes a pencil and does what the lady in the screen is doing* Mom: what are you doing- Siblings: *laugh* Me: it doesn't even workkk

Feverfew vitamins daily have also helped me with headaches/migraines along w/ acupressure. Make sure you're drinking lots of water and even adding a pinch of himalayan salt to your water helps as well. Love the pencil one.
the last one has to be the best one , the second one somewhat requires some stuff which a person probablly wouldn't have at a particular time , the last one is very easy and literally nothing is required and it actually does help relieve the pain

Hi Everyone, i will tell you how i cured my Headache, it was not just a normal headache because it was always there everyday for 1 Year, 1st thing and the most important thing is to Get a BRAIN CT scan, to see if and to be sure if it is no Tumor or Something, after that you will feel or you be relieved for the result if the result is fine, but it was still there my headache was still there, i tried a lot of things like exercises, pain relievers like that and stuffs, i tried and i searched everything, but when i wake up every morning it still there, i almost lose hope but a very simple thing change my life, COFFEE :), my mom never want me to have a habit of drinking coffee, but it Helped a lot, and dont feel it anymore THANK GOD!!!
Actually all you have to do in : Do the pencil thing for 3 minutes and 10 seconds : Take it out : Go on the floor with a mat and a soft Pillow : Stay on it for some seconds then get up : Get some cold water and and Snack go back where you bin : Drink the cold water first go on the pillow and make sure the house I Quiet : And eat and drink and close your eyes because it helps the pain go away Then Lie down and sleep And your welcome 😁☺ :
