@Lily-qg6kh I agree. But I had a bad migraine and was unable to take medicine and needed some other natural suggestions. Plus I always have my screen on night shift mode turned all the way low. It’s not perfect but still helps
FYI the holding breath thing only works if you take it to the point where you feel fear/ panic at not being able to breath. Wait until you experience 5 involuntary attempts by your body to breath (your belly will move without your input). You can speed the process up by exhaling first
