I am doing this program. It really works. I experienced great improvement in less than 6 weeks. Right now, I don't have any bleeding. I am not experiencing the urges to defecate that are so common in ulcerative colitis. I am eating many foods that I was not able to eat before. I was down to 92 pounds (lost over 20 pounds). Now, because of this wonderful physician and his protocol, I have gained 10 pounds. I am sooooooo happy and grateful. I know that soon I will be able to say that I am 100% better.
my Dr. Dasari.. I agree to exercise, but in real life it doesn't just work that way.. every person is an individual and looks for a completely different approach for the same type of disease.. greetings from Croatia !!
I work at a school that is understaffed and has many troubled children. It is the only job I can get, since I live in a very isolated community and cannot drive due to vision issues. These kids are the most disrespectful creatures on this planet, I swear. Each day is nothing but stress. They are quite literally killing me - flares only happen during the school year. I would *love* to quit, but I need money to live. Internet is too bad for online work (although I've been trying for years to build my own business). So stress is 100% unavoidable in my case. Thank you for the tips though 😕
This is such a positive video since my GI Dr. told me there are no other ways to cure Colitis but the medicine she prescribed to control my inflammation. Thank you! My GI Dr. told me my healthy eating of vegetables and grains and fruits are actually too much fiber which causes more inflammation in my colon. I really hoped my GI Dr. would talk more about food. I know for fact that lack of sleep related to stress is the major trigger to my Colitis. I am certain about the importance of sleep.
As a matter of fact, dietary fiber is needed for the symbionts of the microbiota. In ulcerative colitis, the microbiota is in dybiosis, which is one of the reasons for our suffering. Another big factor that causes our grieve is the ultra-processed foods (high in added sugars, free oils, artificial ingredients, sweeteners, preservatives, emulsifiers, etc.). We need to make sure that we are not breaking any one of the physiological and psychological laws that govern our bodies: going to bed early (to allow the body to get rid of waste products and do autophagy), exercising (which is needed for good circulation of the blood, the lymph and for strengthening the muscles of the GI tract), enjoying the benefits of sunshine (to get more endorphins and dopamine for stress managing), doing deep breathing exercises several times during the day (to help us even more with stress management), eating whole foods full of nutrients (including fiber for the microbiota), antioxidants, phytochemical, and water. We need to do it all. Our body has 11 systems and we need to take good care of each one of them in order to enjoy good health.

If you want better sleep, you need to remove all blue light from your room. Incl. your phone and computer/tv screens. If you can't remove the blue light, then don't use the device, real simple.
